• Online consultation appointments are confirmed after successful payment.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled without additional charges.
• No refunds are provided for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Treatment Services & Packages

• All treatment plans are finalized after medical evaluation.
• Payments made for completed procedures are non-refundable.
• If a treatment plan is canceled before any procedure begins, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Medical Tourism

• Accommodation and transportation services follow third-party provider policies.
• The clinic is not responsible for external cancellation fees.
